Book #31: “Keeping Faith: Memoirs of a President” by Jimmy Carter

Keeping Faith: Memoirs of a President Jimmy Carter Released: January 1st, 1982 I set a goal to read another 30 books this year. I spent 6 months getting through book 1 for 2024. I know a lot of people probably think this is a bad choice of a book. My goal is to read all presidential memoirs. I would never be able to handle the job, but I respect those who do enter that office as the have a great deal more patience than I do. I want to know what it felt like to sit in that chair as major world events played out. I want to know what they thought, and how they felt. Would I agree or disagree? It’s quite intriguing. Honestly, Keeping Faith reads well from an informative perspective. When I was younger, I was disrespectful of President Jimmy Carter and would generally insult his credibility.
